PTTEP organizes 2023 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting online to follow the Green meeting practice

Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai (7th from left), Chairman of the Board of Directors, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), together with directors and    Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul (6th from left), PTTEP’s Chief Executive Officer, were present at the 2023 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM) to report the company’s performance, investment plan and progress of operational activities to support the company’s goal in achieving Net Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2050. The meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2022 at the rate of 9.25 Baht per share.

The 2023 AGM is the first time PTTEP has organized the event fully online, continuing the Green Meeting practices to optimize energy consumption due to travel, reduce the use of paper, waste and resources to minimize the environmental impacts.
