Subject: Notification of the issuance and offer to sell newly issued US$ denominated notes issued and offered entirely to offshore investors as part of a liability management exercise of the PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited group

Reference: Letter No. PTTEP 13061/00-12215/2019 dated 15 November 2019

Reference is made to the fact that PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (“PTTEP”) previously informed its plan for liability management exercise by repurchasing existing notes, issuing and offering for sale newly issued United States Dollar (US$) denominated notes entirely to offshore investors as per the details set out in the above referenced document.

PTTEP would like to inform you that, on 10 June 2020, PTTEP Treasury Center Company Limited (“PTTEP Treasury Center”) issued and offered for sale US$ denominated senior notes, in an aggregate principal amount of US$ 500,000,000, the tenor of 7 years, with a fixed interest rate of 2.587 per annum, which will mature on 10 June 2027. The aforementioned notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

These new notes referred to above were issued under the US$ 3,000,000,000 Global Medium-Term Note Program. The net proceeds from the issuance of the notes will be used by PTTEP Treasury Center to lend-on to entities within PTTEP group for general corporate purposes.
