PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to inform that the company has established 3 subsidiaries to support its future investments, per the following details:
 
FutureTech Energy Ventures Company Limited has been established with registered capital of 5,000,000 Thai Baht, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 100 Thai Baht each, with 100% shareholding by EP-Tech Ventures Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of PTTEP.
 
FutureTech Solar (Thailand) Company Limited has been established with registered capital of 1,000,000 Thai Baht, consisting of 10,000 ordinary shares at 100 Thai Baht each, with 100% shareholding by FutureTech Energy Ventures Company Limited.
 
Delta Gas Transportation Limited has been established with registered capital of 50,000 US Dollars, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 1 US Dollar each, with 100% shareholding by Delta Gas Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of PTTEP.
