Subject: End of Directorship and Chairmanship and Election of new Director
Attachment: Information and Vision of the New Director
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to announce the following:
- Prajya Phinyawat ends his PTTEP Directorship and Chairmanship due to age of 70 which complies with PTTEP’s Good Corporate Governance and Business Ethics with effective from 1 February 2021 onwards.
- The Company’s Board of Directors Meeting held on 28 January 2021 has resolved to elect Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai to be a Director in replacement of Mr. Prajya Phinyawat with effective from 1 February 2021 onwards with the State Enterprise Policy Committee’s approval for being PTTEP’s Director. PTTEP also attaches the Information and Vision of Mr. Krairit herewith.
