PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, would like to submit its 2020 audited financial statements, consolidated financial statements, Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Operating Results for 2020, and the unaudited supplemental information on petroleum exploration and production activities and other information as of 31 December 2020 as per attachment 1, 2, and 3 respectively. These attached financial statements have already been audited by the independent auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd., and approved by the Audit Committee and the PTTEP Board of Directors on the basis that the information is accurately presented and sufficient for investors.

 

PTTEP wishes to announce that the operating results presented in the audited statements of income are the same as those presented in PTTEP’s announcement on the subject of the Unaudited Financial Statements, and Analysis of Operating Results for 2020, dated 28 January 2021, as per the reference.
