CAC Change Agent Recognition

PTTEP has been recognized in 2025 as a “CAC Change Agent,” achieving the highest-level (three-star) certification from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). This recognition reflects the company’s adherence to ethical conduct and transparency, while also encouraging its business partners and suppliers to uphold the same principles of good corporate governance, including anti-fraud and anti-corruption practices.

“Excellent” level of CGR 2025

PTTEP earned the “Excellent” level (five symbols) recognition in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2025 (CGR 2025) by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD).

This marks the company’s 24^th consecutive year of CGR recognition and underscores its commitment to conducting business in adherence to good corporate governance as a foundation for responsible operations and sustainable development.

ASEAN CG Scorecard 2024

PTTEP received two awards from the ASEAN CG Scorecard 2024 namely the Top 50 ASEAN PLCs Award and the Top 5 PLCs from Thailand.

The ASEAN CG Scorecard is sponsored by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG) to honor and recognize publicly listed companies across ASEAN that uphold international corporate governance standards and practices.

Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise Award 2023

PTTEP received the Global MIKE Award 2023 for innovation and knowledge management excellence within the company and through partnerships. The award presentation was held in Hong Kong by the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA), ARUP and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Green World Awards 2024

PTTEP received the Green World Awards 2024 in Wildlife and Conservation category, Global Silver level, granted at the Green Organization’s award ceremony held in Brazil in recognition of PTTEP Reforestation project. The company was also recognized as the Green World Ambassador.

Thailand Top Company Awards 2024

PTTEP received the Thailand Top Company Awards 2024 in the "Exploration and Production of Natural Resources and Public Utilities" category from Business+ magazine in collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce University.

IR Magazine Awards – Southeast Asia 2023

PTTEP received three awards at the IR Magazine Forum & Awards – Southeast Asia 2023: Best Investor Event, Best Use of Multimedia for IR, and Rising Star.

The awards ceremony was held in Singapore by IR Magazine, to recognize Southeast Asia–based companies with outstanding investor relations performance.

Thailand Corporate Excellence Award 2023

PTTEP received the Financial Management Excellence Award from H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, at the Thailand Corporate Excellence Awards 2023.

The awards are organized by the Thailand Management Association (TMA) in collaboration with the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University, to honor organizations for corporate excellence based on the results of surveys among executives from Thailand’s leading organizations.

SET Awards 2023

PTTEP received four awards at SET Awards 2023, which are, Outstanding Company Performance Awards; Sustainability Awards of Honor, for the second successive year; SET Award of Honor: Best Investor Relations; and Best Innovative Company Awards, thanks to the Flare Gas Conversion to Carbon Nanotubes project.

The awards are conferred by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), in collaboration with Money & Banking Magazine, to recognize listed companies with outstanding performance that embraces ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) as part of their operations.
