Journey to the Endless Possibilities

Working across various organizations throughout my career, I can confidently say that PTTEP is one of the best employers I’ve ever been part of.

At PTTEP, Thailand’s national oil company, purpose drives everything we do. Being part of an organization that powers the nation is not just meaningful, it’s something I’m truly proud of every day.

What sets PTTEP apart is its people and culture. This is a workplace where collaboration thrives, ideas are welcomed, and individuals are empowered to dare to challenge and think beyond boundaries. It’s an environment that encourages continuous growth, innovation, and excellence.

Diversity is at the heart of how we work. Different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences come together to create a dynamic and inclusive culture—one that unlocks potential and drives better outcomes.

PTTEP is more than just a company. It’s a place where purpose meets passion, where people grow, and where every contribution matters.

Proud to be part of the team driving energy for the future.

Working at PTTEP has been truly meaningful to me. I’m grateful to work with colleagues from many cultures who genuinely support one another and share the same purpose.

Learning from diverse perspectives while staying grounded in Thai values has helped me grow, not just professionally but personally. It’s been an inspiring and eye‑opening journey.
