PTTEP wins Global MIKE and SEA MIKE awards for fifth consecutive year, reflecting excellence in knowledge management
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), represented by Mr. Polasant Kullavanijaya (left), Vice President of the Knowledge Intelligence and Operational Excellence Department, received the Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award 2025, along with the “Gold” level (the highest accolade) of the Southeast Asia (SEA) MIKE Award 2025—both for the fifth consecutive year—from Dr. Vincent Ribière (right), Managing Director of the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA), Bangkok University. This recognition reflects PTTEP’s commitment to advancing as a high-performance learning organization through initiatives such as the “Applied Knowledge Campaign” and communities of practice (CoP), which focus on applying and building upon knowledge to drive innovation and create new operational approaches.
Global MIKE Award and SEA MIKE Award honor organizations that demonstrate excellence in knowledge management and innovative practices, assessed based on intellectual capital elements encompassing human, relational, and structural capitals. The selection process is conducted by an international panel of experts from various countries.
