PTTEP welcomes the Minister of Energy to witness the promptness of the G1/61 Project

Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul (1st from left), Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), welcomed Mr. Pirapan Salirathavibhaga (4th from right), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Mr. Prasert Sinsukprasert (3rd from right), Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, and Mr. Warakorn Brahmopala (2nd  from right), Director-General of the Department of Mineral Fuels at G1/61 Project (Erawan, Platong, Satun, and Funan fields), located in the Gulf of Thailand. PTTEP presented its readiness to ramp up gas production to 800 million cubic feet per day of G1/61 Project by April 1, 2024 to alleviate the impact of electricity costs, serve the increasing energy demand and enhance the country's energy security.

In addition, Mr. Chatchai Phromlert, Chairman of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), and Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon, President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT, also joined the visit.
