PTTEP honored with Board of the Year Award 2018

Mr. Prajya Phinyawat (4th from right), Chairman and Chairman of the Independent Directors Committee of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), and the board of directors received Board of the Year Award 2018 (Silver) group A (market capitalization over 100 billion baht), from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD). The award was recently presented at the National Director Conference 2019.
This is the only award from the capital market that recognizes the top performing boards of Thai listed companies based on their commitment to corporate governance, performance and board leadership.
