Marine Biodiversity Study at PTTEP Offshore Projects

PTTEP has commissioned with the Institute of Marine Science, Burapha University, Thailand to develope a biodiversity study project in the sea at PTTEP offshore projects (Bongkot, Arthit and B6/27 in the Gulf of Thailand). One result of this effort is that PTTEP has developed a new marine biodiversity baseline information for decommissioning method selection; this new information will help make PTTEP operational sites become even more effective on environmental management. Importantly, this marine biodiversity data will be used as the baseline information for Decommissioning Environmental Assessment for offshore projects.
