Mr. Phongsthorn Thavisin, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), presented medical equipment to 43 hospitals and Provincial Public Health Offices across Thailand to help treat COVID-19 patients. The total donation was worth over 36,000,000 Baht includes negative pressure transfer beds and wheelchairs, Oxygen High Flows, Mobile X-Ray Machines, Oxygen Concentrators and PTTEP Care Boxes for COVID-19 patients on home-based care. Mr. Damrongchai Neramittakapong, Vice Provincial Governor of Buriram, Directors of hospitals and representatives presided over the virtual ceremony.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, PTTEP has stood strong with Thai people to prevent the spread and reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection. The company has provided innovations and medical equipment, as well as earmarked over 116 million Baht to hospitals, educational institutions and various organizations including wheelchairs and negative pressure transfer beds, mobile negative pressure boxes, the development of COVID-19 test kit diagnostics, ambulance and ventilator, IoT cold chain monitoring alert system for COVID-19 vaccine storages, Oxygen High Flows, Online Hemodiafiltration Hemodialysis Machines, CARA Medical Supplies and Food Delivery Robots, Xterlizer UV Disinfection Robots, PTTEP Care Boxes (Home Isolation Kits) and other medical equipment in treating patients.
