Announcement about the entitled shareholders for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity participation

Dear Shareholders,

Reference is made to our invitation for 100 entitled shareholders to participate in CSR activity at the Kamnoetvidya Science Academy (KVIS) and Vidyasirimethi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC), Amphoe Wang Chan, Rayong Province on June 15, 2018, we wish to announce the lists of entitled shareholders and waiting list in attachment 1.  PTTEP will contact each entitled shareholder for confirmation by the telephone number given in the Application Form via Tel. 0-2537-4000 within 3 working days from the announcement date (During May 16 – 18, 2018).  If we are unable to reach the selected applicants within such period, PTTEP reserves the right to cancel that application and will contact another applicant from the waiting list as a substitute.
