Subject: Investment in Exploration Blocks PM407 and PM415 in Malaysia
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP wishes to announce that on 21 March 2019, PTTEP HK Offshore Limited (Malaysia Branch) or PTTEP HKO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTTEP and PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) signed Production Sharing Contracts with Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) for exploration and production rights of 2 blocks located in offshore Peninsular Malaysia as follow.
