PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to announce that the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 12/2563/484 held on 15 July 2020 has resolved to elect Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon to be a Director in replacement of Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron who resigned from PTTEP directorship with effective from 1 August 2020 onwards. However, the position of Director of Mr. Auttapol is subject to the State Enterprise Policy Committee’s approval and when Mr. Auttapol accepts this Directorship. PTTEP also attach the Information and Vision of Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon herewith.
