Subject:      Change of the Venue of the 2021 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and Disclosure of Invitation Notice on the Company's Website

Reference:  Letter No. PTTEP 13143/00-1243/2021 dated 15 February 2021

With reference to Letter No. PTTEP 13143/00-1243/2021 dated 15 February 2021, concerning PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP’s announcement to hold the 2021 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 8 April 2021 at 09.30 hrs, at Meeting Room at PTTEP, Energy Complex Building A, 555/1 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.

Due to the recent announcement by the Bangkok governor dated 23 February 2021, Subject: Order of Temporary Closure of Premises (No. 20), which provides relaxation regarding the meeting venue to reopen for activities with gathering of less than 300 persons. In addition, the Board of Directors at the meeting on 15 February 2021 had granted Chief Executive Officer’s authority to consider the change to AGM’s meeting venue when necessary. PTTEP hereby informs the change of the venue of the 2021 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on 8 April 2021 at 9.30 hrs. to Bangkok Convention Center, 5th Floor, Central Plaza Ladprao (Plaza Zone), No. 1695 Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. This is to accommodate the possible increasing meeting participants in accordance with the aforementioned Bangkok governor’s announcement. The agendas of the meeting remain the same with the details in the referenced letter.

PTTEP will disclose the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting together with related documents on the Company’s website at www.pttep.com under Investor relations/ Shareholders meeting section on 5 March 2021.
