Subject:      Issuance of Baht 6,000 Million Debentures by PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited

 

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) wishes to announce that PTTEP has completed the issuance of name-registered unsubordinated and unsecured digital debentures to general public for the total amount of Baht 6,000 million carrying a step-up interest rate of 2.00% - 2.75% p.a., averaging to 2.25% p.a., with the tenor of 5 years, and interest paid every 6 months. The debentures, as Asian’s first fully-digitalized corporate bond via wallet, provided retail investors with opportunities to invest in PTTEP which is the country’s top petroleum exploration and production company.   

The debentures have been rated AAA (Stable) by TRIS Rating. The proceeds from the debenture’s issuance will be used for working capital and debt refinancing.
