Subject: Establishment of PTT Global LNG Company Limited
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP)’s Board of Directors at the meeting No. 1/2560/419 on 26 January 2017 and No. 7/2560/425 on 25 May 2017 passed a resolution to establish a new joint venture company to carry out business related to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) value chain with PTT Public Company Limited (PTT).
PTTEP would like to inform that PTT Global LNG Company Limited has been established on 23 June 2017, with registered capital of 8 million Baht, consisting of 8,000 ordinary shares at 1,000 Baht each, with equal shareholding at 50% by both PTTEP Business Center Company Limited (a subsidiary of PTTEP) and PTT.
