Subject:           Establishment of Asia Power and Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd. and Delta Gas Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd.

 

 

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to inform that the Company has established two subsidiaries to support future investments, per the following details:

 

Asia Power and Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd. has been established with registered capital of 50,000 US Dollars, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 1 US Dollar each, with 100% shareholding by EP-Tech Ventures Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of PTTEP. Delta Gas Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd. has also been established with registered capital of 50,000 US Dollars, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 1 US Dollar each, with 100% shareholding by Asia Power and Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd.
