PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) would like to announce that PTTEP has dissolved an inactive subsidiary, namely PTTEP Semai II Limited, effective on 30 September 2021 in order to minimize administrative costs. This has no impact to PTTEP’s operations.
