CG Assessment

PTTEP Group is committed to regularly updating its “Good Corporate Governance” and “Business Ethics”. Therefore, it is annually assessed by independent parties, and the evaluation results are used for continuous program improvement and are disclosed to shareholders and other stakeholders.

• From the evaluation results of the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2021 conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, PTTEP earned five of the National Corporate Governance Committee’s symbols or an “Excellent” level which is the highest level of recognition. PTTEP has continuously been rated and placed at this highest level since the first assessment in 2001.
• From the assessment of Thai listed companies under the ASEAN CG Scorecard 2020/2021, PTTEP received the ASEAN Top 20 PLCs and the ASEAN Asset Class PLCs awards.
