Quarter 1

• Leismer production, average bitumen production in Q1 was approximately 16,450 BPD. Cumulative bitumen production reached 5 million barrels in March with maximum daily production reaching 19,200 BPD in February.
• Regulatory approval for Leismer Pad 5 construction, field work is planned to start in August 2012.
• Leismer Pad 6 construction is currently in process of regulatory approval.
• Conceptual Study on Lesimer Expansion Project to increase production capacity to 40,000 BPD which is expected to start in 2015.
• Corner Project, issue Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Front End Engineering Design (FEED). FEED is expected to start in Q3.
• Complete 2011 – 2012 Winter Evaluation Program (WEP) by drilling of 161 wells to appraise bitumen in-place and plan for field development and production, and to identify potentials of water source and water disposal wells; and conducting 3D and 4D seismic acquisitions in Leismer, Thornbury and Hanging stone Areas.

Quarter 2

• Leismer
• Daily production reached the maximum of production at 21,200 BPD in May
• Average bitumen production was 16,770 BPD. Cumulative bitumen production reached 6 million barrels with maximum daily production reaching2012.
• Completed Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for Lismer Pad 5 well that planned to start in September 2012 and the drilling operation is scheduled from October 2012 to January 2013.
• Corner
• is ongoing the Tender Evaluation for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) that expect to start in Q3.

Quarter 3

• Leismer
• Average bitument production was approximately 16,300 BPD, and Cumulative bitumen production reached 7 million barrels in July 2012.
• Received scheme amendment approval from Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) for Pad 5 comprising of 7 additional SAGD well pairs, however, project start-up has been postponed. Therefore, field work is planned to start in June 2013. First steam is expected in March 2014.
• Received approval from Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) on Solvent Co-Injection Project (SCIP). Field work started in September 2012 and project start-up is expected in late Q1'2013.
• Corner
• Prepare to award the contract for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for Corner Project (40,000 BPD). FEED is expected to start in Q4-2012.
• Prepare 2012–2013 Winter Evaluation Program (WEP) with preliminary program of 143 wells to be drilled and 134 km2 of 3D and 4D Seismic to be acquired.

Quarter 4

• Leismer
• Average bitumen production in Q4'2012 was approximately 15,700 BPD. Cumulative bitumen production reached 9 million barrels in November 2012
• Completed Detailed Engineering and started pipeline construction work for Pad 5. Facilities construction and drilling will start in January 2013. First steam is expected in Q4-2013.
• Completed tie-in works to Pad 3 for Solvent Co-Injection Project (SCIP) in October. First injection is expected in April 2013.
• Corner
• Started part of Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for Corner Project (40,000 BPD).
• Winter Evaluation Program (WEP)
• Started 2012–2013 Winter Evaluation Program (WEP) for field work preparation and mobilization of equipment for seismic acquisition including drilling rig inspections.

Quarter 1

• Winter evaluation program completed with over 100 wells drilled and 3 D seismic.
• First start up of Liesmer area in late January 2011, the average production of Q1 11 is around 4,000 BBL/D.

Quarter 2

• Bitumen production at Leismer continues to ramp up steadily. Cumulative bitumen production reached million barrels on June 10, 2011. Average bitumen production in Q2 2011 is 8,673 BPD
• Of total 23 producers, 22 electrical submersible pumps are currently in service. 
• Preparation for additional wellpad (Pad 5&6) in Leismer area is in progress. 
• Preparation for 2011/2012 winter evaluation program is in progress.

Quarter 3

• Bitumen production at Leismer continues to increase. Average production is 13,300 BPD.
• Preparation for additional wellpad (Pad 5&6) in Leismer area is in progress.
• Corner's conceptual engineering report was completed, is currently under peer-review, and awaiting approval to proceed to the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) stage.

Quarter 4

• Bitumen production at Leismer continues to increase. Average bitumen production in Q4 was approximately 14,300 BPD. Cumulative bitumen production reached 3 million barrels in November with maximum daily production reaching18,190 BPD in December.
• Preparation of Pads 5 and 6 construction, field work is planned to start in February 2012.
• Progressing Conceptual Study on 4th Steam Generator to increase bitumen production capacity to 22,000 BPD, which will be followed by Lesimer Expansion Project to increase maximum production capacity of 40,000 BPD.
• Regulatory approval for Solvent Co-injection Project (SCIP) is still under consideration by Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB).
• Re-evaluate the design basis for Corner Development before proceeding to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to optimize investment and production facilities.
• Access road preparation for 2011 – 2012 Winter Evaluation Program (WEP).
• Mobilization of equipment for seismic acquisition which is a part of 2011 – 2012 WEP.
