Received scheme amendment approval from Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) for Pad 5 comprising of 7 additional SAGD well pairs, however, project start-up has been postponed. Therefore, field work is planned to start in June 2013. First steam is expected in March 2014.

Received approval from Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) on Solvent Co-Injection Project (SCIP). Field work started in September 2012 and project start-up is expected in late Q1'2013.

2011Quarter 1
- Winter evaluation program completed with over 100 wells drilled and 3 D seismic.
- First start up of Liesmer area in late January 2011, the average production of Q1 11 is around 4,000 BBL/D.
Quarter 2
- Bitumen production at Leismer continues to ramp up steadily. Cumulative bitumen production reached million barrels on June 10, 2011. Average bitumen production in Q2 2011 is 8,673 BPD
- Of total 23 producers, 22 electrical submersible pumps are currently in service.
- Preparation for additional wellpad (Pad 5&6) in Leismer area is in progress.
- Preparation for 2011/2012 winter evaluation program is in progress.
Quarter 3
- Bitumen production at Leismer continues to increase. Average production is 13,300 BPD.
- Preparation for additional wellpad (Pad 5&6) in Leismer area is in progress.
- Corner's conceptual engineering report was completed, is currently under peer-review, and awaiting approval to proceed to the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) stage.
Quarter 4
- Bitumen production at Leismer continues to increase. Average bitumen production in Q4 was approximately 14,300 BPD. Cumulative bitumen production reached 3 million barrels in November with maximum daily production reaching18,190 BPD in December.
- Preparation of Pads 5 and 6 construction, field work is planned to start in February 2012.
- Progressing Conceptual Study on 4th Steam Generator to increase bitumen production capacity to 22,000 BPD, which will be followed by Lesimer Expansion Project to increase maximum production capacity of 40,000 BPD.
- Regulatory approval for Solvent Co-injection Project (SCIP) is still under consideration by Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB).
- Re-evaluate the design basis for Corner Development before proceeding to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to optimize investment and production facilities.
- Access road preparation for 2011 – 2012 Winter Evaluation Program (WEP).
- Mobilization of equipment for seismic acquisition which is a part of 2011 – 2012 WEP.
