Dear Sir,

Subject: Notification of the plans to repurchase US$ denominated debts and plans to raise funds by issuing new US$ denominated debts of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited’s group

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (“PTTEP” or the “Company”) hereby informs you that the Company plans to implement a financial management exercise for the Company’s group with respect to United States dollar (“US$”) denominated debts to ensure efficiency in financial management and in response to the current market conditions. Details of the plans are follows:

making an offer to repurchase the US$ 500,000,000 Subordinated Perpetual Capital Securities issued by PTTEP Treasury Center Company Limited (“PTTEP TC”), a subsidiary of PTTEP and treasury center of PTTEP’s group, and guaranteed by PTTEP, which were previously offered to investors offshore, issued on 17 July 2017 and currently listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in Singapore; and
general funds raising which includes plans to issue and entirely offer US$ denominated debts to investors offshore by PTTEP and/or PTTEP TC. In case where PTTEP TC issues and offers the debts, such debts shall be guarantee by PTTEP. The debts will be issued and offered under the Global Medium Term Note Program with the principle amount not exceeding US$ 3,000,000,000.

The Company will further notify you of the result of the repurchase and the progress of the funds raising plan.
