PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to announce that the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 15/2563/487 held on 24 September 2020 passed resolutions, as follows;

1. To elect Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob to be a Director in replacement of Mr. Setthaput Suthiwart-Narueput who resigned from PTTEP directorship.
2. To appoint members of the Sub-Committees as below:

           2.1       Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob to be the Member of the Risk Management Committee and Member of Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Committee 
           2.2       Ms. Penchun Jarikasem to be the Chairman of the Risk Management  Committee

Item number 1 and 2.1 shall become effective from 15 October 2020 onwards with the State Enterprise Policy Committee’s approval for being PTTEP’s Director and Mr. Veerathai’s acceptance of this Directorship.  Item 2.2 became effective from 24 September 2020 onwards.  PTTEP herewith attach the Information and Vision of Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob, Certificates and Resumes of the new Director and List of the Board of Directors and Sub-Committees (Attachment 1-3 respectively).
