PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to announce that the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2560/425 held on 25 May 2017 has resolved to elect Mr. Bundhit Eua-arporn to be a Director in replacement of Mr. Songsak Saicheua who resigned from PTTEP directorship, with respect to the State Enterprise Policy Committee’s approval. This election is effective from 1 August 2017 onwards. PTTEP hereby attached the Information and Vision of Mr. Bundhit Eua-arporn which can be referred from the attachment.
In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 11/2560/429 held on 27 July 2017 has passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Pitipan Tepartimargorn to be the Member of the Corporate Governance Committee with effective from 27 July 2017.
