Subject:           Withdrawal of investment in Umm Al-Quwain (UAQ) Project, the United Arab Emirates

Reference:      Letter No. PTTEP 13061/00-1793/2013, dated 22 February 2013

Reference is made to PTTEP FLNG Holding Company Limited (PTTEP FH), a subsidiary of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP, which has a 30% participation interest in the Umm Al-Quwain (UAQ) project, the United Arab Emirates, together with a partner, CanEmir Petroleum (UAQ) Corp. (CanEmir) which owns 70% participation interest.

PTTEP would like to report that PTTEP FH has withdrawn its investment from the aforementioned project.
