Subject: Unaudited Financial Statements, Management Discussion and Analysis of Operating Results for 2019
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, would like to submit its 2019 unaudited financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and Analysis of Operating Results for 2019 as per attachments 1 and 2. These attached financial statements have already been approved by the Audit Committee and PTTEP Board of Directors on the basis that information is accurately represented and sufficient for investors.
For 2019, the Company and its subsidiaries' total revenues were USD 6,413 million (equivalent to 198,822 million baht), an increase of USD 954 million or 17% when compared with USD 5,459 million (equivalent to 176,687 million baht) in 2018. Total expenses were USD 4,179 million (equivalent to 129,448 million baht), an increase of USD 565 million or 16% when compared with USD 3,614 million (equivalent to 116,973 million baht) of previous year.
The Company and its subsidiaries recorded a net profit of USD 1,569 million (equivalent to 48,803 million baht) or earnings per share of USD 0.38 (equivalent to 11.72 baht) compared with net profit of USD 1,120 million (equivalent to 36,206 million baht) or earnings per share of USD 0.27 (equivalent to 8.69 baht) in 2018.
The Company and its subsidiaries’ total consolidated assets, as of 31 December 2019 were USD 22,202 million (equivalent to 669,464 million baht), total liabilities were USD 10,361 million (equivalent to 312,405 million baht), and total shareholders’ equities were USD 11,841 million (equivalent to 357,059 million baht). In addition, the Company and its subsidiaries’ total proved reserves as of 31 December 2019 was at 1,140 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE).
