Subject: Payment of Interim Dividend for the first half year operations of 2017
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company, at meeting No. 11/2560/429 on 27 July 2017, approved the payment of an Interim Dividend from consolidated performance of PTTEP and its Subsidiaries for the first half year operations of 2017 (1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017) to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 1.50 per share; the entire amount is from net profit under Petroleum Income Tax Act.
The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the dividend will be on 10 August 2017. Share registration closing to aggregate rightful shareholder list as per Section 225, Securities and Stock Exchange Act B.E.2535 (Amended B.E. 2551) will be on 11 August 2017 and the dividend payment will be on 25 August 2017.
