PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP would like to announce that the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 15/2562/467 held on September 29, 2019 passed resolutions, as follows;
- To elect Mrs. Angkarat Priebjrivat to be a Director in replacement of Ms. Panada Kanokwat who resigned from PTTEP directorship.
- To appoint members of the Sub-Committees as below
2.1 Mr. Atikom Terbsiri to be the Member of the Risk Management Committee
2.2 Mrs. Angkarat Priebjrivat to be the Member of the Audit Committee and
the Member of the Corporate Governance Committee
Item number 1 and 2 shall become effective from October 1, 2019 onwards with the State Enterprise Policy Committee’s approval for being PTTEP’s Directors. PTTEP herewith attach the Information and Vision of Mrs. Angkarat Priebjrivat, the Form to Report on Names of Members and Scope of Work of the Audit Committee, Certificates and Resumes of the new Director/ member of the Audit Committee and List of the Board of Directors and Sub-Committees (Attachment 1-4 respectively).
