| Responsibility |
- Development and management of overall system models from the reservoir through the production and processing systems to the point of sale
- Interface with the subsurface, drilling and facilities team to ensure common understanding of model and assumptions
- Understand model limitations and identify ways to overcome these limitations
- Independently analyse results and identify solutions to improve design concepts and/or project value
- Interface with the economic analysis tools to select the optimum development scheme
- Apply creativity and judgement in generating and solving large or complex system concepts and plans. Devise new approaches to problems encountered
- Technical assurance across all aspects of the design to ensure system requirements are properly understood and incorporated
- Ensure that proper front end loading engineering is realised and ensure that the work satisfy’s the requirements of the PTTEP PREP process
- Prepare design reports as necessary to document work carried out to ensure that there is a clear audit trail of decisions made during the pre-FEED and FEED work

| Qualifications |
- University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Engineering
- 15+ years experience in the design of offshore and onshore oil and gas production and processing facilities
- Thorough understanding of all elements of field development planning including interface with sub surface and well/drilling requirements, subsea wells and flowlines, production facilities, cost estimation and economic modelling
- Experience in developing Integrated production Models from the reservoir through to the point of sale
- Creativity and judgement in balancing costs and risk to define optimum solutions
- Experience in cost estimation and economic analysis of complex processing systems is an advantage
- Develop work budgets and resource plans, and coordinate work to reach the required outcome
- Develop communication protocols to ensure work instructions and objectives are fully understood by all team members, including delivery schedule
- Ability to work as part of multi-discipline teams
- Presentations to major decision makers in PTTEP
