PTTEP achieved scores of 93 (total scores of 100) or an ‘Excellent’ score from a survey of Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2009, organized by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).
PTTEP’s 2008 Corporate Governance Rating
PTTEP’s 2008 Corporate Governance Rating was internal assessment with the result at 8.65 (total score of 10) which falls into the category of “Very Good”. This result is an improvement over the company’s score of 8.37 for the year 2007 by TRIS. The evaluation method is based on 2007 TRIS criteria and SET CG Self- Assessment.
