1. All contractors are to take note of the above-mentioned schedules and submit their Cargo Manifests and Shipping & Packing List to PSB Songkhla Jetty at least 24-hours prior to vessel's scheduled arrival.

2. Contractors who do not comply with the discharging and/or loading times will either have to wait until the crane/forklift is available or will have to order a crane from PSB and pay the charges in accordance with PSB Tariff.

3. Contractors who fail to meet the Discharging / Loading deadlines shall pay for double handling charges if their cargoes have to be offloaded and temporarily stored at PSB premises. Rates as per PSB Tariff.

4. For materials/equipment that are ordered on last a minutes basis, contractors are to submit their Cargo Manifests and Shipping & Packing List to PSB Songkhla Jetty within 1 hour of notification and to contact PSB Songkhla Jetty to arrange for a loading time Cargo discharging and loading will commence 1 hour after vessel arrival.
